While one of our Officers was on a traffic stop at Del Prado Blvd and Savona Pkwy, a vehicle pulled up behind the patrol car. The driver of the second vehicle approached the Officer telling the Officer his girlfriend was sick.
The Officer checked on the driver’s girlfriend and found her in the vehicle deceased.
A Major Crimes Detective and a Forensic Specialist responded to the scene to investigate.
The Medical Examiner will be conducting an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
